Onus Advisory was born out of the desire to affect real and transformational change. We exist to make sense of sustainability, cut through the noise and support businesses to be a force for good.
We believe in a world that is governed by our planetary boundaries, where sustainability and profit hold the same weight when it comes to decision making. We’re here to support organisations who believe in the opportunity of a just transition and take their responsibilities seriously.
Our humble beginnings
Kaitlin Roney is the Founder and Director of Onus Advisory. Over her career she has become known for her big picture thinking, strategic approach, and ability to communicate complex concepts simply. Her no-nonsense but supportive and friendly approach is critical to her ability to drive change.
Kaitlin has worked with some of the world’s biggest and most influential organisations and businesses across the non-government, government and corporate sectors and now has expanded her focus into teaching and mentoring future and aspiring sustainability professionals through two leading global universities.
In founding Onus Advisory Kaitlin hoped to create a space and movement that prioritises the big picture, facilitates dynamic robust and profound discussion, doesn’t shy away from the challenge, and drives the fundamental and transformational change required to facilitate a just transition.
